The front endurance plate substrate is polycarbonate, while the latter substrate is polymer. Like vinyl chloride, the characteristics of endurance boards may also differ, including load-bearing capacity.

Due to the lower density of PC endurance board compared to PVC endurance board and the higher continuous operating temperature compared to PVC board, its light transmission function is more outstanding. Although PVC endurance board has excellent sound insulation, it is not resistant to aging and cannot be used in outdoor environments.

In addition to the type, the load-bearing capacity of the endurance board is also determined by a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including the connection of the endurance board, the thickness of the board, and the raw materials used. In practical applications, endurance plates generally use three primary types of connection methods, namely bead flat, U-shaped buckle, and side embedded.

In contrast, the strength of the endurance plate inserted into the flat and side surfaces of the tire bead will be weaker, while the U-shaped buckle will be better. Thickness is also one of the primary factors determining the load-bearing capacity of endurance boards. Generally, the thicker the endurance board, the greater the load-bearing capacity. The production materials of endurance boards are divided into new materials and raw materials, so that the finished boards have different load-bearing abilities. Endurance plates produced from raw materials are prone to breakage, indicating that their load-bearing capacity is not high, and similar situations rarely occur with new materials. The problem proves that the carrying capacity is outstanding.
