PC board die-cutting: This processing skill is suitable for simple cutting of PC boards. Even more troublesome is that it requires opening the mold, which is suitable for cutting thin PC boards. We generally recommend that customers slice below 1.0mm and require bulk cutting. The cost of cutting or carving with thick saw blades for endurance plates will be much lower, and it should be noted that customized molds are not infinitely applicable.

The die-cutting process may be dull, the size may be incorrect, or the edges of the cut products may be rough, so you should consider them before using this process. Stamping: Stamping and stamping processes are also limited to the thickness of PC endurance plate materials, generally applicable to PC endurance plates within 1.5mm, and the quantity is relatively large. Even 2mm or thicker endurance plate materials can be stamped, but in order to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Molds will be replaced frequently, which will greatly increase costs. Therefore, if the endurance plate material is relatively thin and there are many holes that need to be processed on the product, in this case, it can only be processed through stamping, CNC or general carving. The cost will be higher and the stamping power will also be high. If the paper is not thin, please compare before choosing to use stamping or carving.
